PamyB_vrcA_TamyB

To highly increase the expression level of the vrcA gene, vrcA was cloned into a pTAex3 vector1 by homologous recombination. Gene fragment harboring PamyB_vrcA_TamyB sequence was amplified by PCR and served as the first composite part, which was further introduced into pAdeA vector2 for terpene synthase production.
